It's called by its English title here to avoid confusion with the western film "La Resa dei Conti" (The Big Gundown, 1966). Wandering chimes set the stage for a showdown, with the hard spanish surf guitar spotlighting the cruccial moment; then demonic organ amps the instensity, before conquistidore horns come in so bold they could punch through stone.
